- Cancer library, information and referral services are provided for patients, families, and friends. Also new patient orientation services - both virtual and in-person.
Provides a large collection of books, AHS resources, credible websites, and various pamphlets covering topics including:
- cancer types and therapies
- coping with cancer
- bereavement
- nutrition
- exercise
- inspirational and motivational stories
Specially trained volunteers staff the PFRC make every effort to answer requests for information from our resources or refer to those individuals or agencies who may be able to help. Students may be given specific time or resource number limits on loans. Lending period is typically 3 weeks.
