Counselling Program


Description
Offers general counselling to children, youth, couples, families, individuals and groups.

Service offers:

  • general counselling program for a broad range of issues, including personal functioning issues, separation and loss, relationship issues, parenting issues, trauma issues, and family violence and bullying issues
  • support groups for blended families,¬†children / youth, women, and men

Application Process
Service Access: See below, To access service:
  • call or drop in to the office to complete an intake for appointments
  • after intake assessment, referred to the Counselling Department and a counsellor will contact the individual to book counselling sessions 
  • drop-in counselling is available on a first-come-first-served basis; intake assessment is required prior to seeing a counsellor
