- training in computer terminology, keyboarding, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook email, career search techniques, resume writing, office procedures, business communication and internet use
- 80 hour optional volunteer job placement to gain Canadian work experience
- certificate of achievement upon completion of the program
