Provides 15 weeks of training in office administration and business communications.

Service offers:

  • training in computer terminology, keyboarding, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook email, career search techniques, resume writing, office procedures, business communication and internet use
  • 80 hour optional volunteer job placement to gain Canadian work experience
  • certificate of achievement upon completion of the program

Eligibility
Yes, Service targeted to:
  • permanent residents, Canadian citizens, refugees, as well as individuals with work visas and work permits
  • individuals with Canadian Language Benchmark level 4 or higher
  • individuals who have basic computer skills knowledge
