- Provides Community Crisis Counsellors for women and their children fleeing domestic violence, but who are unable or choose not to access spaces at the shelter.
Service offers:
- assistance and support to women who have been abused (and their children) and who are not ready or do not need access to a shelter
- safety planning
- attending to basic needs such as housing, legal assistance and food support
- crisis counselling
- support to increase women's safety in whatever option they choose
- connections to community resources
- outreach and follow up for women and their families
