- one-time emergency financial assistance that may cover
- rent arrears
- utilities arrears (gas, power, water) and reconnection fees
- food and hygiene basics if not enough support has been provided by a food bank, transportation passes

- Eligibility
- Yes, Service targeted to:
- individuals and families
- residing in Lethbridge or South West Alberta (including Claresholm, Taber, and Vauxhall)
- who have exhausted all available funding and resources
- those in critical need of financial support
- Application Process
- Service Access: Application Required, To access service:
- apply online, by phone, or in person
- must provide two pieces of ID
- must provide documentation of arrears owing
- must have exhausted and applied to all funding availability (Alberta Works, Lethbridge Housing, Food Bank, AISH, City of Lethbridge Transit pass subsidy)
- arrear payments are made directly to the service provider, landlord or gift cards for food, hygiene or transportation items
