Service provides:
- virtual health care services, including serving as a most responsible provider (MRP) within the limits of what virtual care can address
- virtual mental health support, including therapeutic services, psychiatric assessment and consultation, and formal psychological assessments
- support with system navigation, advocacy, and finding resources to meet a variety of needs
Includes:
- Indigenous one-on-one support navigators
- in-person mental health assessments
- monthly Indigenous Information Sessions via Zoom
- qualified physicians who can provide referrals for specialists, prescription refills, and mental health assessment across Alberta
