Description
Provides virtual health care and system navigation supports to individuals and their families.

Service provides:

  • virtual health care services, including serving as a most responsible provider (MRP) within the limits of what virtual care can address
  • virtual mental health support, including therapeutic services, psychiatric assessment and consultation, and formal psychological assessments
  • support with system navigation, advocacy, and finding resources to meet a variety of needs

Includes:

  • Indigenous one-on-one support navigators
  • in-person mental health assessments
  • monthly Indigenous Information Sessions via Zoom
  • qualified physicians who can provide referrals for specialists, prescription refills, and mental health assessment across Alberta
