Service offers:

  • an Alberta-wide program to help adults under the age of 65 living in long term care to rediscover their interests, set goals, and participate in activities in the community

Activities can include:

  • art classes
  • church or other spiritual activities
  • connecting with family and friends
  • fitness classes
  • movies
  • sporting events
  • volunteering
