Service offers:
- in-person and online support and education programs for families caring for a person in all stages of Alzheimer's disease
Programs include:
- a 4 week evening and 6 week day Early Stage support and education program
- a 5 week Middle Stage support and education program
- a 5 week Late Stage support and education program
- a 4 week End of Life Stage support and education program
- a small group discussion format that helps to build on the knowledge and strategies of families who are experiencing the Alzheimer journey
