Cedar Point Housing

Service offers:

• a stable, safe, and affordable permanent supportive housing building with wrap-around supports and services to help residents sustain housing

• inclusive Indigenous and multi-cultural spaces


• recreation options

Housing options include:

• Supportive Housing Units - 63 units providing permanent homes for people exiting chronic homelessness; is not a shelter, as residents sign a lease and pay rent; residents are provided 24/7 access to onsite wellness and social supports assisting individuals in achieving and maintaining stable housing


• Affordable Housing Units - 43 units providing safe and stable housing to those who do not require additional supports, or plan to transition to market housing

There may be a waiting period depending on vacancies. 

Rental fees vary. Contact for details. 

If applicants are under Alberta Support, rental fees are subsidized by a certain amount.
