Supervised virtual exercise program on zoom for those who have completed the Breathe Easy Program.

Supervised Virtual program available on zoom. Classes are ongoing and can be attended any or all days of the week. Free of charge. Please call to register. Drop-in Fitness Centre is located at the G.F. MacDonald Centre for Lung Health at the Gene Zwozdesky Centre at Norwood. This is unsupervised exercise, oxygen and oxygen monitors are available. The fitness centre is reserved for those who have completed the Breathe Easy Program.

Yes, Must be a graduate of the Breathe Easy Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program at the Edmonton General Continuing Care Centre.

Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1:00 PM - 2:30 PM.
