Group therapy offers programs like, Emotional Regulation Group Therapy and Psychiatric Outpatient Program.

Programs:
Emotional regulation group therapy
We offer an outpatient group therapy program to help you understand your emotions and learn how to regulate them. While you are in the program, you will have a group therapist who will guide you to develop and achieve your personal goals. The group runs for 12 weeks. Each session is 90 minutes long.

Psychiatric outpatient program
We provide an intensive 12-week program of psychodynamic group therapy for adults with mental health concerns.
