- eleven weeks of industry-leading, hands-on introductory skills training provided onsite at Red Deer Polytechnic
- four weeks of work experience placements with a local trades employer
- assistance with Job Placement following completion of work experience
safety certifications (Aerial Work Platform, Fall Arrest, First Aid, CSTS 2020, and WHMIS) - Apprenticeship and Industry Training (AIT) Exam Preparation Skills
