- filling out disability related application forms such as Assured Income for the Severely Handicapped (AISH), Canadian Pension Plan Disability (CPPD), Old Age Security, Alberta Adult Health Benefit, and Leisure Access Pass
- personal taxes and Disability Tax Credit forms
- referrals for Registered Disability Savings Plan (RDSP)
- helping prepare for appeals
- providing information about disability programs and services
