Provides advocacy from a specialized volunteer with issues relating to Alberta Works appeals and Assured Income for the Severely Handicapped (AISH) applications.

  • support from a volunteer specialized in income support, fraud, and family maintenance for Alberta Works issues and appeals
  • support with Alberta Works issues and appeals
  • guidance with Assured Income for the Severely Handicapped (AISH) applications and eligibility requirements

Eligibility
Yes, Service targeted to:
  • individuals after receiving an initial denial letter with AISH application
  • individuals needing support with Alberta Works issues and appeals
  Clients already approved and actively on AISH do not qualify and should seek support from Calgary Legal Guidance 403-234-9266 or other means.
