Service provides:
- a grant to support obtaining a Class 1 driver's licence by covering more than 90% of training and testing costs to help Albertans start careers as commercial drivers, which will help reduce labour shortages in the transportation and warehousing industry

- unemployed and / or under-employed residents of Alberta
- 18 years and older
- who meet all requirements to get a Class 1 driver's licence
