Strathcona Shelter includes:
- 45 beds
- drop-in showers and laundry available daily
- drop-in Housing Navigator services
Central Shelter includes:
- First Floor - 60 beds (30 designated to Radius Health's Respite to Recovery program)
- Second Floor - 32 beds for both men and women
- Third Floor - 32 bed Women's Shelter

- Service Access: Registration Required, To access service:
- drop in or call for capacity or intake information
- does not take referrals and individuals must be there in person to sign up for a bed
- community members can choose to come into the shelter after the intake is complete
- bed sign-up will be available to those who have slept at the shelter the night before; if a community member stayed the night before and signs up between 6:30 AM and 10:00 AM for the next night, shelter will hold their mat until 7:00 PM; if they do not arrive by 7:00 PM, the mat is open to community

Intakes can be completed at any time in the day from 10:00 AM until 11:00 PM but will depend on bed availability.
Hours details inlcude:- 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM - individuals who slept at the shelter the night before can sign up and reserve a bed for the night, but have to be back at the shelter by 7:00 PM; if an individual leaves before 6:30 AM for work for example, they can sign up before they leave but if they just leave in the middle of the night, they will be told to return after 10:00 AM to try to sign up for the next night
- 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM - community members who did not sleep at the shelter can start signing up for empty mats and then be back at the shelter by 7:00 PM
- 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM - if individuals don’t show up at the shelter by 7:00 PM, their bed will be released and open to all community members on a first-come, first-served basis
