Description
Provides information for health care providers to reduce barriers for their patients to access nature for their health and wellbeing.

Service includes:

  • information on accessing nature prescription for providers and patients
  • free or discounted access to green spaces, such as forests and parks, and blue spaces, such as lakes and rivers, for patients
  • provides a unique code to healthcare providers
  • resources and information on the effects of nature and wellbeing

Key Provider: licensed health care providers; general practitioners, physicians, nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, psychologists

  • licensed health care providers
  • individuals with respitory disease, cardiovascular disease, anxiety, depression
  • individuals with barriers to access nature

Service Access: Professional Referral Required, To access service:   for providers
  • register on website to access unique provider code
  • see website for instructions on prescribing and logging nature prescriptions 
for patients
  • contact healthcare provider for referral then register on website 
  • need a prescription for nature pass
