Provides an integrative program that provides parents and children who have experienced family abuse tools that foster healthy attachment strategies in children.

Service offers:

  • early intervention programming aims to reduce risk factors and increase protective factors in a child's life
  • provides parents and children who have witnessed or experienced family abuse with supportive counseling, education, safety planning, and other tools
  • ensure that the psychological and emotional needs of families are met

Includes:

  • crisis support through group, individual counseling and parent coaching
  • personal and family safety planning
  • educational sessions on the effects of trauma on childhood development, positive parenting, expressing emotions and fostering self-esteem
  • resources and referrals for community supports
