- Patients who have had invasive cardiac procedures are able to have follow up at our site to review healing, medications, symptoms, diet, physiotherapy needs, etc.
Patients may have surgeries or procedures on their heart at larger facilities. The cardiac rehab program offers follow up after these procedures to assess the patient's healing and symptoms. A local doctor can assess you and refer you to local programs that may help you further, such as:
- dietician
- physiotherapy
- lab / DI for further investigations
