- dry shelter with the capacity to accommodate 40 women
- no smoking access between 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM
- advocates who help clients transition into stable, long-term housing
- housing-focused case management
- laundry services
- shower facilities
- locker and bin storage
- employment support
- three meals provided daily

- Service Access: Registration Required, To access service:
- first-come, first-served, must arrive in person at shelter
- new intakes start at 4:00 PM, subject to space availability
- guests from the previous night can reserve their bed for the following night
- must be able to walk up and down three stories of stairs
- no smoking is permitted between 9:00 PM and 6:00 AM
