Service offers:
- in - home support to families who have a need to strengthen their family functioning and avoid the possibility of out of home placement of their children
Includes:
- supports to help youth living in the foster care system work towards independent living and connect with their communities
- supervised visitation
- parent education to assist in improving family functioning
- transportation to scheduled appointments
- referrals to community resources
