Service offers:
- a long - term recovery and transition program for individuals experiencing addiction to build capacity to return to community
Includes:
- 24 hour staff support
- addictions counselling
- individual and group peer - based supports
- recovery care planning, goal setting, and discharge planning
- diversion and housing support
- wellness activities
- life skills group
- health education and promotion
- meals and snacks
- laundry facilities and basic toiletries
- clothing as needed
- dormitory style sleeping arrangements
- cultural and religious support to meet client needs
Key Provider: addictions counsellors, peer support workers, recovery care workers, social workers - Eligibility
- Yes, Service targeted to:
- individuals age 18 and older
- who have completed detox stay prior to program intake
- and have an upcoming confirmed treatment date or housing intake (or be on a waitlist)
