Provides an addictions recovery transition program for individuals 18 years and older.

Service offers:

  • a long - term recovery and transition program for individuals experiencing addiction to build capacity to return to community

Includes:

  • 24 hour staff support
  • addictions counselling
  • individual and group peer - based supports
  • recovery care planning, goal setting, and discharge planning
  • diversion and housing support
  • wellness activities
  • life skills group
  • health education and promotion
  • meals and snacks
  • laundry facilities and basic toiletries
  • clothing as needed
  • dormitory style sleeping arrangements
  • cultural and religious support to meet client needs

Key Provider: addictions counsellors, peer support workers, recovery care workers, social workers
Eligibility
Yes, Service targeted to:
  • individuals age 18 and older
  • who have completed detox stay prior to program intake
  • and have an upcoming confirmed treatment date or housing intake (or be on a waitlist)
