Workforce Employment Readiness and Connections Program

Service provides:

• a customized training facility with a range of job preparation workshops and hands-on experience in hospitality and carpentry skills

Includes:

• monthly living expense
• professional services, including access to a Psychologist and Social Worker
• support with transportation
• supplied work wear
• over 30 employment workshops including career planning, stress management, overcoming career obstacles, effective communication, financial management, and health and wellness
• safety certifications
• help with matching to local employers
• support with transitioning into a new job

• 18 years and older
• currently unemployed or underemployed
• eligible to work in Canada
• permanent resident of Canada or Canadian Citizen
• ready, willing, and able to participate in programming

Provides continuous intake.
