The Psychiatric Transition Clinic (PTC) is a bridging service offered by Rockyview General Hospital (RGH) psychiatrists. This service offers clients:
- who have been seen in various inpatient or outpatient Addiction and Mental Health (AMH) services within RGH
- who require additional psychiatric follow up and are not otherwise connected to psychiatric services
This is not an urgent or crisis service.
