- Specialty clinic providing management to adult patients with recurrent Clostridioides difficile infection (CDI). Currently recurrent CDI is the only indication approved by Health Canada for the use of standard of care FMT.
Our multidisciplinary team of FMT trained gastroenterologists in conjunction with highly specialized nurses, and lab technicians provided care to adult patients with recurrent CDI in northern Alberta.
As a specialty clinic, we also have a well-established research program. The FMT clinic also runs several studies on recurrent clostridium difficile infection (RCDI).
We provided consultation, assessment, treatment, and education.
