Eligibility
Yes, Service targeted to:
  • individuals convicted of an offence in Canada under a Canadian federal act or regulation
  • individuals convicted of an offence in another country and transferred to Canada under the Transfer of Offenders Act or International Transfer of Offenders Act
  • who have completed all sentences, including payment of all fines, surcharges, costs, restitution and compensation orders
