Supports women experiencing domestic violence and abuse who need assistance navigating the court process.

Service offers:

  • assistance to clients in understanding family law matters and obtaining protection orders, ensuring they receive comprehensive wraparound support

Includes:

  • court support worker
  • information about court
  • navigation and understanding of legal options
  • emotional support and safety planning
  • accompaniment to court appearances
  • a debrief of outcomes and next steps
  • information and referral to community resources if required
