- special needs assistance - applications for mileage reimbursement, furniture, prescription cost reimbursement
- home visits with isolated clients and supportive listening
- assisting clients with paper work (filling out cheques, writing letters, and more)
- information regarding custody, guardianship agreements, and divorce
- information on local events
- assisting with paperwork after the death of a loved one
- accepting payments to Big Lakes County for utility bills, land taxes, issue dog tags, and snow removal signs
- assistance with accessing resources for mental health and addictions
- assistance with accessing and operating technology
- access to telephone, faxing, and photocopies
- assisting seniors with hoarding, snow removal, and yard maintenance - information needed to help solve the issue and funding for it
- assisting with access to family and domestic violence supports
