Provides psychological counselling and free outreach workshops and psychoeducational sessions.

Service offers:

  • psychological counselling for children, teens, and adults
  • free outreach workshops and psychoeducational sessions

Includes:

  • individual counselling
  • couples counselling
  • family or group counselling
  • play therapy
  • telepsychology services
  • Mental Health Outreach Program (MHOP) - community outreach workshops and individual and small-group sessions (up to 10) to individuals, couples, families, or other small groups
