- Provides 24-weeks of paid employment training program for Indigenous youth age 18 to 30 who are unemployed looking for job skills and experience.
Service offers:
- Indigenous approach to learning including courses in Native Studies, morning smudge with an onsite Elder, various ceremonies through out the year
- professional portfolios to graduates, cover letter, resume, and various certificates
- 24-weeks paid training at minimum wage ($15/hour), day care and transportation cost, supported work experience, certificate workshop
