Service offers:

  • support to adults who are grieving a loss to suicide
  • 2 annual community events


  • 3 self-contained, closed-group program modules: Emotional Regulation; Guilt, Shame, and Self-Compassion; Beliefs and Values
  • opportunities for participants to reflect and explore how these factors relate to their grief journeys
  • a drop-in problem solving support group with loosely structured session content
  • a focus on offering support to those waiting to begin a module, wanting to augment their participation in group, or for whom the group is not a good fit

Annual community events include:

  • An Evening to Remember - an annual memorial to remember loved ones lost to suicide
  • Life After Suicide Loss - a safe space for those grieving a loss to suicide to share experiences and learn from each other

Hours of Operation

Support hours vary. Groups take place weekly on Tuesdays from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM and Wednesdays from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM. Problem solving groups are every 2 weeks on Wednesdays, 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM.
