- access to relevant training and acquire external certifications (tickets) to obtain work exposure / experience through trades certifications to find sustainable employment

- Yes, Service targeted to:
- 16 to 30 years
- with a disability (documented or without an official diagnosis)
- legally entitled to work in Canada
- ready, willing, and able to work
- able to self-administer medications and arrange for transportation independently
