Description
Provides information, case management, referral services, and support to both families of children with disabilities and adults with developmental disabilities to access and connect with support services.

Service offers:

  • Family Support for Children with Disabilities (FSCD) - provides a wide range of family-centred supports and services that are individualized to each family's unique needs, information, case management, and referral support and services to families to access and connect with support services
  • Persons with Developmental Disabilities (PDD) - provides information, case management, service planning, and referral services to adults with developmental disabilities and their families to receive PDD funded support services
  • supports for Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD), brain injury, and other disability-related services
