Provides training groups for adults and teens teaching Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills.

Service offers:

  • training focused on four areas of emotional regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness and mindfulness
  • two hour sessions running for 12 weeks
  • classroom style learning with hands on activities

Eligibility
Yes, Service targeted to:
  • ages 13 to 17 for Teen DBT Skils Group
  • ages 18 to 55 for Adult DBT Skills Group
  • individuals who are not experiencing psychosis or severe substance abuse problems
  • and that have the cognitive capacity to participate in a classroom learning environment
