- Provides an identity based wrap-around program for youth where there is a concern of criminal involvement or gang activity.
Service offers:
- assistance in avoiding getting involved in crime
- support for mental and physical health
- developing non-violent coping strategies
- finding options for success at home, school or work
- mentoring, tutoring, counselling, pro-social activities, family support, and employment skill support

- immigrant youth or children of immigrants
- ages 12 to 24 years old
- youth who have a criminal charge or have friends who encourage criminal activity
- youth who are have difficulty in school, home or work
- youth who feel isolated
- youth who have been experiencing violence or substance abuse
