- a 10 week employment and life skills training program for youth

- a case management approach tailored to each participant
- client assessments
- creating a personal life plan to identify career goals
- learning about work search skills, interview skills, and Canadian workplace culture
- resume and cover letter assistance
- financial literacy
- computer skill training
- labour market information
- a 12 week paid work placement
