Provides necessary workplace and occupation related skills and placement support facilitating re-entry into the workforce.

Service offers:

  • service needs and employability assessments to determine individual client barriers to employment
  • support for clients in identifying their transferable skills and technical skills
  • facilitation and support in developing an individual service plan
  • option of workplace training or work placement
  • industry specific mentorship support

  • currently receiving EI benefits
  • who have received EI benefits in the past 5 years
  • some spaces available for individuals who are not eligible for EI benefits
