- Offers assistance with health and support services and social activities and respite day programs to help an individual to continue to live in the community.
Provides health maintenance and socialization in a supportive environment to individuals who because of physical or emotional incapacity can be isolated. Also provides respite day programs in the community for Home Care clients. Programs run for 6 hours a day most weeks of the year.
