- Offers assistance finding long-term, sustainable market housing for Two Spirit, lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer / questioning, and any other gender or sexual nonconforming identities (2SLGBTQIA+) youth experiencing homelessness.
Service provides:
- assistance finding long-term, sustainable market housing based on the individual's needs (rental housing, other support programs, treatment programs, and more)
- 2 phase program - first phase includes 6 months of focused case management and financial support and the second phase includes 6 months of outreach support
Case management supports include:
- on-site / home visitation
- goal planning
- stabilization
- building skills toward independence
- gender identity / journey
- strengthening connections to services, family, friends, and the Two-Spirited, lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer / questioning, and any other gender or sexual nonconforming identities (2SLGBTQIA+) community
