- assistance to newcomer families in completing school registration forms and collecting documentation required by Alberta Education and Edmonton Catholic Schools
Includes:
- information about Edmonton Catholic Schools, the City of Edmonton and the Province of Alberta, and community resources
- assessment of student's English language proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and listening to complete the Alberta Education English as Second Language (ESL) Proficiency Benchmarks
- continuing support to the student and family
