- a six month program that matches trans youth and their parents and caregivers with peer mentors that share some lived experience
- opportunity for trans youth and their caregivers to connect with another person who sees them for who they are and believes in them
- support in building a sense of community and connection
- trans youth and their caregivers can access program together or on their own
