Provides multiple skill programs to support Trans and Gender Diverse individuals.

Service offers:

  • DBT Skills Group: using dialectical, cognitive behavioural, and mindfulness-based models to teach problem-solving and acceptance-based strategies
  • Top Surgery Support Group: for individuals ages 16 and over who are considering having or planning to have chest reduction, reconstruction, or mastectomy type surgeries
  • Voice Classes: guidance for folks who are looking to connect with their full range, including expanding access to the upper or lower ranges, in a safe and holistic manner
  • Expressions Program: support for people to express themselves the way they want through safe opportunities to learn skills including: Style and wardrobe, hair and makeup, and general grooming and hygiene

  • DBT Skills group is also open to parents and caregivers of Trans and Gender Diverse individuals
