Provides navigators who work 1-on-1 with families who are referred by Stony Plain Children Services.

Service provides:

  • access to a navigator that can work 1-on-1 with families and provide support and advocacy

Includes:

  • transportation to court
  • food bank access
  • important appointments
  • connecting families to financial assistance
  • connecting families to housing programs or services
