Access 24 / 7 provides a range of urgent and non-urgent addiction and mental health services including service navigation, screening, assessment, referral, consultation, crisis intervention, outreach and short term stabilization.
Key Provider: addiction counselors, family peer support, mental health therapists, occupational therapists (OTs), pharmacists, psychiatrists, registered nurses (RNs), registered psychiatric nurses (RPNs), social workers - Eligibility

Self-Referral:
- individuals can call main line 24 / 7 for support and navigation for addiction and mental health programs across the zone and surrounding communities
- crisis intervention is 24 / 7
- access has a front door - where individuals can self-present from 8:00AM to 10:00PM
- mobile outs are an option, each are triaged and based on needs / risks / situation
- access is not an emergency department - if one is in medical need they should be advised to present to an emergency department
- access is also not a 911 service, if imminent risk such as violence direct to 911
