Provides programs and assistance for seniors to remain in their homes longer and to stay connected within their community.

Service offers:

Senior Connection Programs include:

Chair Exercise - exercises for older adults emphasizing flexibility, balance, and strength
Collective Kitchen - learn new cooking techniques, share a meal with others, and take a meal home
Weekly Coffee Time - refreshments, snacks, friendly conversation, table games, and live music
Monthly Seniors Dinners - full hot meals, desserts, and refreshments along with short a topic of interest presentation
