  • hourly respite in the family or support home
  • host respite - part-time support outside of the family or support home
  • support homes - full-time supports
  • family behavioural consultation - assessment and support for parents of children with disabilities who have behaviour concerns
Eligibility
Yes, Service targeted to:
  • individuals with a developmental disability, mental health and complex behaviour needs, physical limitations, or medical fragility 
  • and their families
Application Process
Service Access: Professional Referral Required, To access service:
  • referral required from caseworker with Family Support for Children with Disabilities (FSCD), Persons with Developmental Disabilities (PDD), or Children's Services (CS)
