Towards Healing - Group Counselling

Service provides:

• a weekly support group for women impacted by domestic violence

Includes:

• the opportunity for participants to create new social connections and networks of support, build their resiliency and mental health, and understand domestic violence and its impact on their lives and relationships with others
• topics such as the cycle of violence, red flags in relationships, intergenerational trauma, coping with loneliness and isolation, self-care, forming healthy boundaries, navigating relationship strain, self-compassion, and more
• arts, crafts, or activities relevant to the topic areas

• women who have experienced domestic violence

• contact to schedule an intake session; during intake, the facilitator will assess program suitability
